Step 1 - Go to your Committees Page and search your LC
First, you need to go to your Committees page. You will see a list of committees and entities. Type your entity's name in the search bar.
Open your entity's page and you will find the option Manage Committee on the left list under your entity's name. You will find all your entity's existing teams. Click on the one you want to edit.
You will be inviting a new member already when you add a position within your Committee Structure.
Don't worry if the member is a new member. You will be able to create him/her an EXPA account in the next steps
Step 2 - Add a member to a position in a team
You will see a team structure that starts with the Team Leader and branches out to the Team Members. To add new members just click on the plus button in the spots available.
Fill out the information in the modal window that will open next. Search existing members by their email address and allocate him/her within the team.
Remember, after they are allocated, they will be able to fill out their LDA. You can check how to fill out the LDA in this article.
You can turn any Team Member into a Team Leader of a new team just by adding new members on the spots under them in the structure.

Step 2 - New member need to setup Password
Once you invite a member to join a team in EXPA, they will receive an email to set up their password. After setting this up, they will be redirected to the EXPA Dashboard automatically. Your member is finally ready to start using EXPA.
Allocating EB Members
You need to pay attention to how you allocate your structure in EXPA because of permissions each of the roles has. Especially, in the EB structure which has different permissions than the rest of the committee.
Note: Make sure only the LC EB or MC EB is allocated in that part of the structure.
