What is an Entity to Entity Analysis?
An entity to entity analysis consists of viewing the exchange numbers across the whole customer flow made between your entity and other entities.
Let's understand how E2E Analytics works!
By accessing https://expa.aiesec.org/analytics/e2e and setting up the filters, you will be able to check, in a specific date range, how your entity is performing with an entity partner. You need to check the data per stage of the customer flow, choosing one of them per analysis. You can analyze:
- Applieds
- Accepteds
- Accepteds by Host
- Approvals
- Realizations
- FInisheds
- Completeds
The analysis is always between 2 entities and, if you select an MC, the LC information will follow. Let's solve an AIESEC case to understand better the usage of E2E Analytics.
Case for using E2E Analytics
Analyze the number of exchanges (realizations) that AIESEC in São Carlos, Brazil, made for OGV with other countries within Americas from February 1st, 2019 to January 31st, 2020. After the first analysis, define the LCs that you would like to start to work with within your Top Country Partner.
Step #1: Determine your Top Country Partner within Americas, which is AIESEC in Peru. To perform this analysis, we need to make a RO2LC analysis, choosing the following filters:
Products: GV
Status: Realized
Home Entity: São Carlos
Host Entity: Americas
Time Period: Feb 1, 2019 - Jan 31, 2020
Step #2 (Optional): To make our analysis more trustworthy, we can go to the Applications CRM and check the NPS score of exchanges made between AIESEC in São Carlos and AIESEC in Peru:
Step #3 (Optional): We can also check how is the delivery of Standards between AIESEC in São Carlos and AIESEC in Peru by checking https://expa.aiesec.org/analytics/e2e-standards
Step #4: Now that we decided to work more with our Top Country Partner, AIESEC in Peru, we will be checking which LCs we can work with to do more realizations. As you can see below, AIESEC in São Carlos already works with Arequipa but does not work that much with Trujillo Cusco and Lima, which are options to explore.
This is the solution of the case. You can explore even more this feature at https://expa.aiesec.org/analytics/e2e
