Note: To delete a member from EXPA, you need to have an EB position in your committee. Ensure you have one before going through the steps.
Steps to delete a member :
- Open “My Committee” in your profile:
- Go to the “Manage Committee” tab:
- You will find all the teams per "term" and then choose the current period (usually the latest):
- Go to the position which you want to delete.
- Click on the "Terminate" button. It will ask for a confirmation and exit reason, select reason, and press Submit, and the desired role gets deleted.
Note: You have to delete all the children's positions (if any), and then only you will be able to delete the parent position.
