Virtual Professional Program what's new on EXPA?

• When opening a new opportunity, you can now select Remote for fully remote opportunities (VPP):

• You can only choose a duration type of mid-term and short-term for remote opportunities for now:

• For approved EPs in any VPP opportunity, there will be no flight information:

• You can customize the fees for different opportunities type (Physical | Partly Remote | Remote)

• The customer flow of VPP is similar to the other products and will be:
  Applied >> Accepted >> Payment >> Confirmed >> Realized (Remote Realization) >> Finished

The exchange participant will pass 2 main surveys, the LPS (Leadership Promote Score) survey once the experience is finished and the NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey five days after the end of their experience.
