Assigning a member to EXPA is essential for any entity, and it’s important for the member as well. It helps the member establish a proper identity as an AIESECer. Here are the steps to assign a member to EXPA:
Steps to Assign a Member to EXPA
- First, Log in to Expa Portal (expa.aiesec.org)
- Next, navigate to the top right corner and select the drop-down list next to the relevant person's (either MCP/MCVP/LCP/LCVP) profile.
- In that drop-down list, select the 'My Committee' option.
- After that, to add a member, select the 'Manage Committee' option in the left corner.
- Then, a dialogue box will appear as shown below. In this dialogue box, you can fill in the relevant information about the member.
- In this dialogue box, ensure that you fill in the function and department correctly.
