What is the LDA?
LDA stands for Leadership Development Assessment and it is a tool powered by AIESEC that facilitates leadership development of young people that goes through an AIESEC Experience.
The LDA brings insights before and after an AIESEC Experience when it comes to the four leadership qualities that AIESEC aims to develop:
How can I fill my LDA as a member?
The assessment is based on self-image, meaning that the Member or Exchange Participant assess himself/herself based on his/her own perception.
Both Members and Exchange participants will receive the exit LDA by the end of their experience. Also, based on one question they will also assess AIESEC’s contribution to their leadership development.
Taking the LDA
- A member can take the LDA in EXPA, by accessing the Membership tab on its profile page.
- In order to access the LDA, a member has to have a role.
- 15 days before the member completes his/her experience, the exit LDA will appear.
