How to Change the Application Status of an Exchange Participant (EP)

To change the application status of an EP on EXPA (expa.aiesec.org), follow the steps below.

1. On the dashboard, click on "People".

2. Enter the name of the EP in the search bar (step 1) and click on their profile (step 2).

3. On the left-hand side of the page, click "Applications".

4. Click on the EP's name ("applicant name").

5. Change the application status of the EP.

Click on the status bar located on the left panel of the page.

Then change the status of the EP as needed.
