Understanding the Application's Profile Page

The Application's Profile Page has a few more details and information about the application which the Modal View does not have.

Overview

This is the main page and where you can see and update the application status and current follow-up, add notes, check the opportunity's process time, NPS, Standards Information, check CV and Acceptance Note and add Tags to the application. It is basically a summary of the Modal view.

Profile

In this section, you can check the personal information of the applicant.

Timeline

Here you can find when the applicant moved from one customer flow stage to another one. You can also check the applicant's flight details in this view.

Conversations

Here you can chat with the Opportunity Managers of the opportunity which your applicant is applying for.

Questionnaires

In the questionnaires section, you can check the answers that your applicant gave to an opportunity questionnaire if there is any required in the opportunity he/she applied for.

Standards

Here you can check the standards delivery information specific for this application.

LDA

Here you can check the LDA information specific for this application.
